JERUSALEM: Clashes continue today at al-Aqsa Mosque in East Jerusalem. Israeli troops and Palestinians clash. Stones were hurled at the police. 31 Palestinians and some policemen were injured. Last Friday, 150 Palestinians were injured in the conflict. Israel has carried out airstrikes in Gaza the previous day in the aftermath of the conflict. Israel and the Palestinians have been at loggerheads for decades over who owns the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
