The victim was a 22-year-old girl from an area near Vijayawada. He was suffering from a mental illness and was already receiving treatment at the Vijayawada Government Hospital. The young woman who was at home last week suddenly fainted.

When her parents contacted the teenager on her cell phone, she said she was being treated in the outpatient department at the Vijayawada Government Hospital and would be coming home soon.

Adolescent joint sexual abuse

The girl has been discharged from the hospital after completing treatment for the condition. Then 3 guards working in the hospital near the lift spoke nicely to him and took him to the room near the lift. There were 3 people who drank alcohol and gang-raped a young woman for 30 hours.

Her parents contacted the teenager’s cell phone as the daughter went to the hospital but did not return. But the teen did not pick up the cellphone. The suspect’s parents searched the entire hospital for him. But could not find the young woman.

Police negligence

In this situation, Andhra Pradesh Women’s Welfare Commissioner Vasu Reddy Padma came to the hospital to investigate the girl. Then the Telugu Desam Party volunteers shouted Go Back Go Back. This caused a stir in the hospital premises.

Following this, Health Minister Rajini and Home Minister Vanitha came to the hospital and inquired about the girl.

3 arrested under Pokcho Act

Vijayawada police have registered a case against a teenager for raping a teenager and arrested three hospital guards under the Pokcho Act.

The police inspector and sub-inspector were also suspended for negligence on a complaint lodged by the young girl’s parents.

A letter has been sent on behalf of the Women’s Welfare Commission to the Hospital Dean and the RMO Medical Officer seeking clarification.
