He was later rushed to Tanjore Government Medical College Hospital for treatment. Murugesan died there without any treatment. Kottur police are investigating whether Radhika’s husband Suresh, who committed suicide 6 months ago, and his brother Das may have killed Murugesan. In this situation, a team led by Kottur Police Inspector Sivakumar arrested Suresh and Das, who were hiding in the Melakandamangalam area. Intensive investigation into them revealed many startling information.

Seeing this, Suresh and Das misled Murugesan and cut off his head with the scythe they were holding and fled from there. The killing was premeditated. ”
