With the IPL 15th season in full swing, the CSK team under the captaincy of Ravindra Jadeja, the CSK team that suffered a series of defeats at the beginning of this season, has won 2 of them since then. CSK, who have won 2 of 7 matches, are playing against Punjab Kings in the 8th match.
Since Ravindra Jadeja took over the captaincy, his batting, bowling and fielding have all been affected.
Although Jadeja is nominally the captain of the CSK team, it is Dhoni who actively assumes the captaincy of the bowling cycle and fielding setup on the field. Jadeja’s self-confidence is declining because of Dhoni’s captaincy.

Jadeja will further improve on the captaincy. Not just CSK; Rayudu has said that he will one day lead the Indian team from being the captain of the Indian team.
With Jadeja’s captaincy aside, with KL Rahul – Rishabh Pund – Shreyas Iyer lined up to take over the captaincy of the Indian team after Rohit, Jadeja is unlikely to get that chance.
