Kochi: The actress who was attacked after giving more evidence against Dileep’s lawyers in the Bar Council in the case where the actress was attacked. The actress handed over to the Bar Council audio recordings related to the lawyers’ intervention to sabotage the case. The actress has now produced the audio recordings against Dileep’s lawyers before the Bar Council.
Advocates b. Raman Pillai, Philip T. The actress had filed a complaint with the Bar Council seeking action against Varghese and Sujesh Menon. The complaint also alleges that the lawyers tried to influence witnesses and subvert the case. Evidence of this has now been presented to the Bar Council.
The actress has handed over a copy of the audio recordings produced by the prosecution, including in the High Court, to the Bar Council. Earlier, the bar council had sought an explanation from the lawyers on the basis of a complaint filed by the actress. He was asked to provide an explanation within 14 days. Meanwhile, the actress has presented new evidence before the Bar Council.
The bar council will also seek clarification from lawyers on new evidence. After receiving the lawyers’ explanation, the meeting, which includes all members of the Bar Council, will discuss it in detail. The lawyers will look into whether there have been any breaches of the rules. If such a finding is found at first sight, it will be referred to the Bar Council’s disciplinary committee.
