Actor Johnny Depp testified yesterday (Tuesday) on Wednesday in his well-publicized trial against actress Amber Heard, who sued her for huge losses inflicted on his film career amid her accusations against him of physical and mental abuse. Heard and Depp were married in 2015-2017 and first met in 2009. The trial is set to last six weeks.

Depp’s lawsuit was filed following an article published by Heard in the Washington Post, in which she described herself as “a public figure representing domestic abuse.” Although Depp himself is not explicitly mentioned in the article, his career has been fatally damaged, he claims, and he has even stated that he is not expected to return to the popular film series “Pirates of the Caribbean”. Depp himself accuses Herd of physically harming Hrod towards him.

At the trial, which takes place in the town of Fairfax, Virginia, he was asked by Hurd’s lawyer about the recordings he was heard arguing with, whether his alcohol addiction affected his attitude toward her.

Depp replied: “Sir, if anyone had a problem with my drinking, at any time in my life, it was me. The only person I have abused in my life is myself. ”

Afterwards, Depp’s lawyer heard a 2016 recording of a conversation between Depp and Hard, in which Heard was heard saying, “Tell the world Johnny, tell the world that I, Johnny Depp, a white man, I am a victim of domestic violence. Let’s see who will believe you and how many people will be on your side. ”

His lawyer asked, “What did you give her?”, And Depp replied, “I said, ‘Yes. I am'”.
