According to the company’s announcement, since she was certified as a lawyer 19 years ago, Cohen has held a wide range of legal and managerial positions, including serving as secretary of the Africa Israel Investment Group. Upon leaving the Africa Group, she was appointed Secretary of the IDB Company. Cohen currently serves at Discount Investments as well as VP, legal advisor and secretary of a real estate and construction company, and at the same time serves as a director of several companies in the group.
