Clean Chit for Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Family, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Minazuddin Siddiqui, Minor’s sexual abuse Case, Pocso

Uttar Pradesh: Clean chit to Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his family in the case of molestation of a minor. The verdict was handed down by the Muzaffarnagar court.

A bench headed by Sanjeev Tiwari had asked the police to produce the final report of the case. After studying the report in detail, the court acquitted the actor and his family members.

In 2012, Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s brother, Minisuddin Siddiqui, was charged with sexual harassment. It is alleged that the family members, including Nawazuddin Siddiqui, supported him when he abused the child.

The case was registered at the Versova police station in Mumbai and later shifted to the Buddha station in Muzaffarnagar.
