Genevieve Passes Away Peacefully in County Mayo

A resident of Cloggernagh, islandeady, Castlebar, and formerly of collagh, Meelick, Swinford, Co. Mayo, Genevieve passed away peacefully at Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar.She was 87 years old. Her passing marks a significant loss for the local community and her extended family. Genevieve’s life ended peacefully after a short illness, surrounded by loved ones.

Genevieve’s life was deeply interwoven with the fabric of County Mayo, having strong ties to both Islandeady and Swinford. She was a dedicated member of the local community, known for her kindness and willingness to help others. She was predeceased by her husband, John, and her parents, James and Kate, as well as her sister, Mary.
