Bureaucratic Complicity and Allegations Against Senior Officials

The charge sheet names three Indian Police Service (IPS) officers – Parul Mathur,Prashant Agrawal,and Bhojram Patel – for suspected involvement. Investigators allege these officers shared confidential departmental data with Tiwari and, in some instances, acted upon his directives.
Specifically, IPS Parul mathur faces accusations of ordering actions against coal transport vehicles at Tiwari’s behest, indirectly facilitating the illegal collection process.
