Amazon has unveiled Quick Suite, a new AI-powered digital workspace designed to streamline workflows and empower business users wiht faster access to insights and automated actions. Quick Index, described as the “unified knowledge foundation” of Quick Suite, operates in the background to consolidate data from databases, data warehouses, documents, and email into a secure, searchable repository.This centralized knowledge base aims to improve the accuracy of AI responses and reduce time spent searching for information. The system automatically indexes and prepares uploaded files, enabling efficient data access.
Quick Research functions as a powerful research agent, conducting comprehensive investigations across enterprise data and external sources to deliver contextualized insights.It systematically breaks down complex questions into organized research plans, which can be refined through natural language conversations.The tool integrates with data sources like Amazon S3, Snowflake, Google Drive, and Microsoft SharePoint, grounding insights in original sources with clear citations for verification.
