The published images show that the POCO M4 5G will feature a 6.58-inch LCD screen with Full HD Plus resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz (240Hz touch sampling rate). This device looks very similar to the Pro model, but its chip is a MediaTek Dimensity 700 and there is no mention of the Dimensity 810 chipset.
Camera specifications also follow this rule. In this device, we see a 50MP sensor as the main sensor, but its ultra-wide sensor has been removed and a 2MP depth sensor is used instead. You will also see an 8-megapixel camera on the front. Compared to the more expensive model POCO M4 Pro, it can be said that it is an improved version of the Redmi 10 5G with a 5-megapixel selfie sensor.
Another improvement over the Redmi is the IP52 certification. While it may not be a good standard for diving, it is enough to protect the phone from splashing water. The new Poco model weighs 200 grams and will have a large camera module at the back. Another feature of the new Poco phone is that it is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery, which will likely be accompanied by 18W fast charging.
Xiaomi has unveiled a lot of new phones and it looks like they will bring a lot of surprises in the new year. Poco phones have always had acceptable power and the company recently revealed the POCO F4 GT.
