In mid-April, Tessi employees won their case after four days of strike: an increase for all of 6.5% by the end of May, or just over 110 euros gross per month. In Lyon, the first social movement in the history of this financial and insurance outsourcing company ended with a partial victory. The unions, which were demanding a 10% increase in wages, agreed to revise their ambitions downwards when management had already granted a 4% increase for the year 2022 for the lowest wages.
