Ukraine sees attack on Kyiv as a snub to the UN – Ukraine

The Ukrainian ambassador in Vienna, Wassyl Chymynez, was appalled by the youngest Russian on Friday Rocket attack on Kyiv. The shelling on Thursday evening during the visit of UN Secretary-General António Guterres was an “additional expression of Russian cynicism,” Chymynez told STANDARD. “That should be a red line for the entire world community. We wonder whether Russia must continue to retain its seat as a member of the UN Security Council.”
