Surpassing ‘Saiyaara’ at the Global Box Office
Thamma has already surpassed the opening day collection of Saiyaara, a romantic film starring Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, which was previously considered the second biggest film of 2025. Saiyaara earned ₹30 crore worldwide on its first day of release, a figure thamma has now exceeded. However, Thamma‘s opening numbers fell short of chhava (₹47 crore) and Stree 2 (₹80 crore), both of which had stronger initial showings.
