Two weeks before Easter, 21 cases of salmonellosis spread across the country had been detected. “Eight” of the consumers concerned “were hospitalized and all returned home”, indicated the Ministry of Health, which specified that the median age of the cases “is 4 years old”.

Ferrero had recalled the equivalent of hundreds of tons of chocolates. Kinder Surprise 20 g (by one, by three, by four and by six) and 100 g with expiry dates between the end of June 2022 and the end of October 2022 were concerned; Kinder Schoko-Bons with expiry dates between the end of April and the end of August 2022; Kinder Mini Eggs with expiry dates between the end of April and the end of August and finally Kinder Happy Moments, Kinder Mix: 193 g, Basket 150 g, Plush 133 g, Bucket 198 g, with expiry dates at the end of August 2022.
