Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is all set to build an international standard cricket stadium in Los Angeles, USA. Shah Rukh Khan has announced that he will be collaborating with US MLC for this.

Shah Rukh Khan said in a statement that the construction of the stadium in Los Angeles, currently one of the most popular metropolitan areas in the world, will bring new changes in cricket. The stadium is named after Shah Rukh Khan’s IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders. The project will be implemented in collaboration with Major League Cricket in the United States.

The Kolkata Knight Riders said in a statement that they are investing in the future of Major League cricket in the United States. The stadium will be designed to accommodate 10,000 people at a time. The stadium is being built on 15 acres in the city of Inver. Shah Rukh Khan has said that his decision to invest in MLC is based on his belief in the future of American cricket. The agreement was signed by KRG, which is owned by Shah Rukh Khan, actress Juhi Chawla and his wife Jaya Mehta.

The new stadium will have state-of-the-art training facilities, locker rooms, luxury suites, specialized parking centers, field lighting and world-class pitch. It is intended to be accredited by the International Cricket Council and to enable the venue to host international cricket.
