The change in operators signals a strategic shift for the iconic event.for four years, Berg Hospitality – known for its prosperous restaurants including B&B Butchers & Restaurant, The Rustic, and State of Grace – operated The Ranch. Fertitta Entertainment’s acquisition promises a heightened level of luxury and culinary sophistication,elevating the guest experience to new heights,ensuring that every bite reflects the excellence and passion at the heart of our brand.”
Fertitta entertainment’s Extensive Portfolio
Fertitta Entertainment brings a wealth of experience to the table, boasting a portfolio that includes Landry’s restaurants, the Houston Rockets, the Post Oak Hotel, and the Golden Nugget casino chain. The company also has a 15-year history on the rodeo grounds through its Saltgrass Steakhouse pop-up booth.
With a diverse range of luxury concepts such as Mastro’s, Vic & Anthony’s, la Griglia, and Palm under its umbrella, Fertitta Entertainment possesses a vast menu repertoire that could be incorporated into the Cattleman’s Club.
