Benjamin Private, a sophomore, has emerged as a key player for the Crimson. He currently boasts a 6-2 singles record this season, highlighted by a dominant 5-0 run at the ITA New England Regionals. This performance secured him a coveted spot in the NCAA Tournament, marking both his first individual qualification and Harvard’s return to the tournament after a two-year absence.
First-year student Colossal Treasure has quickly made an impact in his debut collegiate season. He has already secured two singles victories and an impressive five doubles wins. Treasure recently advanced out of the qualifying draw at the ITA New England Regionals with two individual wins, demonstrating his potential.
Melchior Delloye has also been a consistent performer this fall, accumulating eight wins across both singles and doubles matches.

This year’s participation in the SMU Invite marks the fourth consecutive year Harvard has competed in the event. Historically, the Crimson have found considerable success at the tournament, amassing 38 singles wins in the previous three years of competition. Following the SMU Invite, the Crimson will return home to host the Battle of Boston, starting Friday, November 7.
