Aura announced this morning the signing of a financial support agreement with the Phoenix Company for another flagship project in Kiryat Ono, in the Oren neighborhood, in the amount of approximately NIS 805 million.
In the new complex, 3 types of towers will be built that will include 305 units in 5 magnificent towers: a 19-story tower, 2 17-story towers and 2 9-story towers. The entire complex will be built as one piece, and will be inhabited in about 4 years. The blue line of the metro will be built, which should be ready together with the population of the neighborhood in 2026. Marketing began in early March, and so far more than 67 apartments have been sold. .
