The bungalow was built over two decades ago by Mike and Diane Conley, the owners of Regal Corp. The bungalow is located on an 8.2 acre estate where you can fully enjoy the beauty of the Tennessee River and the Great Smokey Mountains.

The bungalow, built in royal pride, is being demolished because there is more than enough accommodation for a family.

After the demolition of the bungalow, the builders plan to build houses for three families. The house was auctioned off after the decision to demolish it. People flocked to buy door handles, sofas, Weber pianos, desks, chandeliers and even bathroom fixtures.

Crores have been spent on decoration alone. The 40,000-square-foot bungalow has 86 rooms. It also has 16 bathrooms, a three-story library, home theater and elevator. The main bedroom alone is worth `38 crore.

The door handles of the bungalow alone are worth Rs 1.5 crore. Covering an area of 2,600 square feet, it has a wine cellar, wine tasting room, hot tub, gymnasium, guest room and staff quarters.
