Investigators have identified a person of interest who was observed in the area carrying a grey suitcase and a black metal trolley between 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Friday. According to police, the individual is a white male with a goatee and beard. He was last seen wearing a distinctive bright orange construction-style hat and jacket featuring a yellow reflective stripe, paired with jeans.
“The public’s assistance is crucial in identifying this individual,” a police spokesperson stated. “We are actively seeking to speak with him as part of our investigation.”
