Early in the morning (Monday), the Ukrainian army managed to eliminate two Russian-type ‘Raptor’ boats. This is according to documentation published by the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces in Ukraine.

“We will fight together until victory,” Chief of Staff Valery Zlozhny wrote on his Facebook page alongside documentation of the elimination of the two small boats that were hit, damaged and killed during the war in Ukraine.

The Raptor boats are the smallest but fastest boats in the entire Russian Army Navy, which could be a certain loss to the Russian Army.

The boats were liquidated near Snake Island, an island located in Ukraine around which a heroic story is told about a number of Ukrainian soldiers who refused to surrender to Russian army shelling on the island.

The island was bombed by the giant ship ‘Moscow’ which a few weeks ago was sunk after a Ukrainian shelling against the ship near the shores of the port city of Odessa.

In Russia, on the other hand, they claimed that the boat was not sunk because of a Ukrainian shelling but because of a fire that broke out on board the giant ship that was a flagship of the Russian navy.
