Trucks with a weight limit of up to two tonnes will be fined 200 riyals for every 100 kg of excess weight. Vehicles of two to five tonnes will be fined 300 riyals, vehicles of five to seven tonnes will be fined 400 riyals and vehicles of seven to ten tonnes will be fined 500 riyals and vehicles of more than ten tonnes will be fined 800 riyals.

Trucks weighing more than 200 kg will be fined 2,000 riyals and truck size variations will be fined 10,000 riyals. Vehicles that repeat the violation will be fined between 5,000 and one lakh riyals.
