Rajinikanth’s 169th film is directed by Nelson Dileepkumar. Anirudh composes the music. Vadivelu and Priyanka Mohan will play the lead roles. Filming is scheduled to start in August and release for Pongal next year.
It has been reported that Aishwarya Rai has been nominated to play Rajinikanth in the film. Also, actress Ramyakrishnan will be playing the lead role in the film. It has been reported that Kannada actor Sivaraj Kumar will be playing the lead role in the film. The crew may be in talks with Shivraj Kumar for this.
