Spokesman for the military wing of Hamas, Abu Obeida, Spoke today (Saturday) and stated that “we warn the enemy and his failing leadership that harming Yahya Sinwar or any of the leaders of the resistance, is an indication of an earthquake in the region and a catastrophic chapter in the history of the Zionist entity.” Obeida added that “harming Sinwar is a tort that Israel will pay dearly for.”
Meanwhile, Palestinian media reported that the Hamas delegation to Egypt had conveyed messages that “the return of the assassination policy will be answered by the return of explosives in the occupied cities.” According to the report, the delegation to Egypt said that Hamas leader in Gaza Yahya Sinwar was not threatened at all by the threats to harm him and that “the price of such stupidity is known to the enemy.”
Hamas also added that “the resistance will burn the cities of the center, and will mean massive missile strikes against Gush Dan and Tel Aviv. The actions will be intense beyond the enemy’s imagination if it carries out its threats.” Earlier, Sinwar responded to threats from Israel with his own voice. In a video circulated on social media, Senever announced that “our lives continue to run normally, we do not owe anyone an account.”
The report comes just a day after Palestinian media reported that senior members of the terrorist organization conveyed messages to Egyptian mediators that any attack on its leader in Gaza would immediately lead to an immediate war even beyond the Gaza Strip. “They fired missiles at Israel in huge numbers and for long periods,” they said. Earlier, the head of Hamas’ political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, said that “the threats to assassinate the leaders will not deter us from defending our land and our sanctity.”
