Details of the Collision

According to police, a Greater Bridgeport Transit Authority (GBTA) bus impacted at least six other vehicles and collided with a wall belonging to the Bridgeport train station. Emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene and transported several individuals to area hospitals. Two patients were taken to Bridgeport Hospital, while another two were transported to St. Vincent’s medical Center. The extent of their injuries remains unknown at this time.
