French 75 Cognac and Cranberry (for 8 glasses)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz of cognac
- 1 oz pure cranberry juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- Rosé champagne
- Orange zest
STEPS:
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker, excluding the rosé sparkling wine.
- Add ice cubes and shake vigorously.
- Double-filter using a fine strainer into a chilled glass.
- Add the rosé sparkling wine and gently mix with a spoon.
- Express the orange zest and use it to garnish the cocktail.
L’Express and Vegan Chicken’s Owl (for 1 drink)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz Canadian whiskey
- 0.5 oz Italian bitter liqueur (amaro type)
- 3 oz oatmeal nog
TOPPINGS:
- Nutmeg or ground cinnamon
STEPS:
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
- Add ice cubes and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg or ground cinnamon.
“Ginto” with Cranberries (Alcohol-Free, for 1 glass)
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz non-alcoholic gin
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- Alcohol-free tonic soda
