Freshman Tanook Hines, a Houston native playing just a four-hour drive from San antonio, is poised for a breakout performance. He caught 28 passes this season and is expected to see an expanded role.
Hines’ proximity to home and potential for increased playing time make him a player to watch. The Trojans’ passing attack should find success against a TCU defense that ranked 108th nationally against the pass this season.
TCU Faces Quarterback Challenge
On the other side of the field, TCU will be navigating a quarterback change. Josh Hoover, the team’s fourth-leading passer, has entered the transfer portal, leaving the starting role to Ken Seals.
