Kuwait to issue family visas to expatriates in Kuwait from Sunday, May 8, according to the Department of Residence Affairs. Family visas, which had been suspended for the past two years following the Kovid crisis, were re-issued by the country after surviving the Kovid epidemic.
An earlier cabinet meeting had earlier this month announced that all restrictions on Kovid in the country would be lifted. With this, expatriates can approach the Kuwait Department of Residence Affairs to obtain family visas. In order to bring the family back to the country, the existing conditions, including salary, must be met. According to the Kuwaiti media, visas will be issued subject to these conditions.
