Twelfth Man stars Anushree, Aditi Ravi, Shine Tom Chacko, Saiju Kurup, Veena Nandakumar and Sivada Nair. Satish Kurup is the cinematographer of the film. Rajeev Kovilakam is the art director of the film. The costume design of the film is by Linda Jeet.
