Two Arabs were arrested on suspicion of involvement in the attack on the medical staff in Nahariya

Two Arab residents of Abu Sanan were arrested during the night (Friday), on suspicion of involvement in the attack on the medical staff at the Galilee Hospital in Nahariya on Wednesday.

The investigation shows that the Arabs tried to break into the trauma room of the medical center by force, while using their hands and kicks to attack the hospital security guards who tried to prevent them from entering.

Following the attack, one of the security guards needed medical attention.

The police intend to request this morning to extend the suspects’ detention in the Magistrate’s Court in Haifa.
