Scaling Up for the Future
The DIFC Zabeel District is designed to significantly scale the financial center’s capacity.It will enable the DIFC to accommodate more than 42,000 companies and a workforce exceeding 125,000 professionals. More than one million square feet will be dedicated to cutting-edge technologies,including artificial intelligence.

A Hub for Innovation and education
the expansion isn’t solely focused on finance. The Innovation Hub will triple in size, supporting over 6,000 businesses and 30,000 technology specialists.A dedicated Gaming and Immersive Technologies Hub aims to establish Dubai as a center for next-generation gaming and digital content creation.
