In the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of Jerusalem, a fight broke out recently (Saturday) at a place that included stone-throwing and during which one of those involved was apparently shot in the air.
As a result of the incident, a civilian was lightly injured and after being treated on the spot, he was referred for medical treatment. The circumstances of the injury are currently being investigated.
The police forces that arrived at the incident were also attacked by rioters who threw stones at them and as a result, the forces began to work to restore order using the means until the riot stopped.
The police investigation continues.
