The companies will work together to accelerate the market entry strategy of the hybrid food products.

Peace of Meat in the development of cultured winged meat products, with the development capabilities of ENOUGH, in the production of protein substitutes based on mycoprotein.
Cultured fat biomass, developed by Peace of Meat, provides alternative meat products with the flavors, aromas and textures typical of conventionally grown meat. ENOUGH microcoprotein is a nutrient, characterized by high values of protein and fiber content as well as amino acids, zinc and iron.
At a recent tasting event, Mitech presented a chicken nuggets hybrid, containing biomass of cultured chicken fat developed by Peace of Meat. The reactions from the participants were enthusiastic.
Pilot factories under construction
Last September, Peace of Meat successfully produced 700 grams of cultured chicken fat biomass in one run.
Following that breakthrough, a memorandum of understanding was signed to begin construction of a pilot plant and an R&D center in Belgium, which will enable production acceleration in 2023.
ENOUGH will also soon start building its pilot plant, in the south of the Netherlands, not far from the facility of
Peace of Meat. The shared product vision and the business goals of the companies make this, according to the companies, an ideal partnership for promoting innovative and sustainable products for the hybrid food market.
Combination of plant nutrients, fermentation and cultured meat
It should be noted that ENOUGH won the semi-finals of the XPRIZE Feed the Next Billion competition.
