The “WhatsApp” platform owned by the American company Meta-Platforms announced that it will stop supporting the application on iPhone devices running the old operating system by the end of this year.
According to the dedicated website “WABetaInfo”, the platform urged owners of iPhone devices running iOS 10 and iOS 11 to update their phones, as the app will not work on these systems after October 24.
To avoid this problem, it is recommended that you update the operating system on your device by going to Settings, then General, and clicking on Software Update. Note that WhatsApp will not work on “iPhone 5” and “iPhone 5c” devices as of this date.
