With a simple and quick push of a button, Partner’s app connects within a minute with a dedicated service center that sees the exact location of the caller on a map. HaMoked’s representatives, who have been professionally trained by the ARN Association (Mental First Aid), accompany the applicant according to the situation in which he finds himself and to a sense of security.
The application is recognized by the Israel Police and if necessary, the representative will connect the caller to the emergency forces. If users do not want to call, they can send the current location to 3 predefined contacts.
The animated video humorously simulates one of the more common situations, in which a young girl walks alone in a dark area and looks for someone to call in order to accompany her late at night. The service caters to the entire population, from parents to children to children to older parents.
