The final party of the 2021/22 season in European football will arrive on Saturday with the Champions League final between Liverpool and Real Madrid. Meanwhile, and although the summer transfer window has not yet officially opened, the teams are already busy preparing for next season. Here are the latest updates.
# Deal Fabio Carvalho Liverpool were already closed last month, but only now are they becoming official. The Mighty Reds officially announced today (Monday) the addition of the 19-year-old Portuguese midfielder, who will formally join Jürgen Klopp’s squad starting July 1.
Liverpool tried to sign the Fulham midfielder as early as January, but the deal did not materialize and only now will he arrive at Anfield for next season. His contract with the Cottages expires this summer, but nonetheless Liverpool have come to the conclusion that they will pay £ 5 million in addition to £ 2.7 million in variables in order to get ahead of other teams.
Last season Carvalho led Fulham back to the Premier League with 10 goals and eight assists in 36 league games at the Championship. The Portuguese also managed to play in the Premier League last season and made a total of 44 appearances for Fulham, where he grew up.
We can confirm Fabio Carvalho will join the club this summer.

# Robert Lewandowski may leave Bayern Munich, but Manuel Neuer remaining. Unlike the striker who does not want to extend his contract beyond the summer of 2023 and wants to leave for Barcelona, the veteran goalkeeper signed until the end of the 2023/24 season and said: “I am happy to continue, we will again have a very good team that will compete for all titles.”
