Lose a dress size in four weeks – with BILD you can do it!
Today (Monday, May 23) the 4-week fitness program starts at BILDplus with the BILD weight loss coach and personal trainer Christian Blisse. Then the fitness professional gives two full-body workouts per week (Mondays and Thursdays) AND regular nutrition tips that will make you fitter and slimmer. Fitness beginners or advanced – everyone can train from home.
Four BILD readers will be accompanied by us during this time and can hardly wait for it to get started.

“I find it really difficult to lose weight. The main reason is definitely that I don’t exercise enough. I either sit at my desk or in the car. I’ve just started playing tennis again, but I’m absolutely not fit and after training I have a lot of joint pain because I’m carrying too much weight and I don’t have enough muscle strength. With intermittent fasting I lost eight kilos from January to Easter, but then I quickly got it back. I’m totally motivated to get started with the BILD fitness program and finally get fitter. For me, that’s the positive pressure I need to keep going because I don’t want to feel so sluggish anymore.”

“Since I stopped studying and started working, I’ve been sitting in the office all day. When I come home, it’s incredibly difficult for me to pull myself together and do sports. The couch is simply much more tempting. I try to go to the gym once a week, but it works out rather infrequently. The Corona period didn’t exactly make it any better either, I just got even more sluggish. My goal now is to get leaner, lose weight especially on my stomach, and stop getting annoyed when I see the fat deposits in the mirror. I’m really interested in the BILD campaign and have already told many friends and colleagues that I’m taking part. It’s official now and you can see how I look after the four weeks.”
Stefan Lohrmann (42), manager at a health insurance company in Dortmund
Height: 1.91 m
Weight: 112kg
Clothing size: XL/XXL
“I’ve had no drive for two years. Due to the pandemic and working from home, my ambition and motivation has decreased and I make it to the gym maybe every two to three weeks. I would like to get my motivation back from the coach and help with nutrition and training times. It’s easy for me to start, but hard to keep going. Diet is a big issue for me. The rest of my family doesn’t have to watch the calories. It’s all the more difficult for me to say ‘no’ when currywurst, fries and mayo are on the table. I would like to be able to put on shoes again without having to hold my breath and become more mobile and fitter overall. I would love to be able to fit into my favorite jeans and suits and dress shirts again, like I did before the pandemic.”
Nicole König (45), educational director from Oberhausen
Height: 1.65 m

“My weight was my best kept secret. Now I’m trying something new – I’m not hiding anymore! It feels like I’ve tried all the diets and dietary changes, but the pounds won’t go down. As soon as enjoyment suffers, I give up counting calories and weighing meals. I’d like to enjoy light food, but that’s only possible with exercise. Because my metabolism is a sleeping pill. EMS training once a week is not enough for me to lose weight. For more self-love, I just need a few centimeters less waist circumference. Losing two kilos in four weeks would be nice and hopefully realistic. In the long term, I want to stay on the ball and get under 90 kg.”
