Allianz France is seeking a seasoned Actuary to join its Finance Unit within the Solvency 2 team, part of the Actuarial IARD Santé Prévoyance Department. Key Responsibilities and Contributions
The role of Actuaire Expert Santé Prév. (H/F) CDD centers around supporting the management team in fulfilling the missions of the Actuarial Function for Solvency 2. This includes active participation in the Planning Dialogue process, providing assumptions relevant to the Prévoyance Santé (Health & Protection) team. A significant portion of the work involves participating in the realization of quarterly S2 closures, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Beyond these core responsibilities, the Actuary will be responsible for producing, analyzing, and controlling data related to closures (AOM of own funds & technical provisions S2). They will serve as a key reference point for S2 actuarial matters within the Actuarial Santé Prévoyance Department, conducting ad-hoc actuarial studies to assess the impact of regulatory, economic, or contextual changes on provisions. Contributing to the continuous improvement of actuarial modeling, processes, and methodologies is also a key expectation.
Effective communication and relationship-building skills are crucial, as the role requires collaboration with various stakeholders including actuaries, controllers, accountants, and project teams. The ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making is considered a valuable asset.
