What awaits the world-famous organization on the eve of the 300th anniversary?
The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia has prepared a draft resolution of the Government of Russia “On the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Russian Center for Scientific Information”. According to this resolution, if it is signed by Mikhail Mishustin, almost all the powers of the Russian Academy of Sciences will be transferred to the Center.
In this regard, we are gathering representatives of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation to discuss this acute issue, clarifying all the pros and cons regarding the project that has not yet been approved.
