After her health condition deteriorated, a video clip of the Bahraini actress, Wafaa Makki, confirmed that she would not be able to perform the necessary operation, due to pressure on Salmaniya Hospital in the capital, Manama.
Gulf artists, media professionals, and Arabs appealed to the Bahraini authorities to take urgent action and expedite Wafa’s treatment.
Shaima Sabt said: “Our honorable officials in our beloved Bahrain, you are a treasure and pride, and you do not fail with us. The Bahraini artist, Wafaa Makki, needs a tumor removal operation as soon as possible.
As for Reem Arhama, she said: “Wafa Makki is in an urgent condition because of a tumor and she needs an operation. I hope they take quick measures to treat her and not delay more, it will be more dangerous for her… Your prayers.”
