After announcing in advance the most important details a few days ago, Xiaomi has officially announced the Mi Band 7, the latest model for the company’s popular fitness band. The most significant upgrade is a significant improvement to the screen, with a 1.62-inch AMOLED display, about 25 percent larger than the previous model.
The Mi Band 7 has a screen with a resolution of 192X490 pixels with a density of 326PPI and a maximum brightness of 500 nits. In addition, it supports Always On, so you can see the time in any situation. All of these should make everyday use of the Mi Band 7 more comfortable, and of course more pleasing to the eye.
Mi Band 7 has a comprehensive array of sensors that includes heart rate, 24-hour monitoring of blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), sleep monitoring and respiration quality. The track is capable of tracking no less than 120 different sports and fitness areas, and of course offers full in-app performance analysis.
The battery, with a capacity of 180 mAh, will, according to the manufacturer, suffice for about 9 days of “heavy use”. The price tag stands at $ 45 for a model that includes NFC connectivity for wireless purchases (a feature active in China only), and $ 37 for the regular model. The Mi Band 7 will hit store shelves in China on May 31, but is already on sale on AliExpress.
