Harkiv 4 4 killed in Russian shelling in the northeastern Ukrainian city of Harkiv. Several people were injured. The city government asked people to move to a security shelter. Meanwhile, Russia has shelled more than 40 locations in the pro-Russian rebel region of Donbass in eastern Ukraine.
