Portland Police Arrange Man Leaving Neo-Nazi Propaganda Outside Organization Aiding Refugees and Immigrants Last Month | Investigators conducted a search of his vehicle and home, where investigators found evidence linking Rockhail to the crime.
Jarl Judson Rockhail, 35, a resident of West Lynn, Portland, Oregon, was arrested in Kalkams County following an investigation that opened last month. Portland Police said.
An unknown person placed a neo-Nazi propaganda sticker on the building’s fence, police said. After the latter identified Rockhail as a suspect from watching the security cameras, he was arrested and investigators conducted a search of his vehicle and home, where investigators discovered evidence linking Rockhail to the crime.
At Rockhail’s home, officers seized numerous rifles, handguns, and other disturbing items, such as Nazi propaganda. Rockhail was arrested for second-degree crime. He may face additional charges of first-degree crime, and third-degree criminal wrongdoing.
