Meanwhile, PC George, who rejected the notice issued by the Fort police to appear, will also arrive in the constituency tomorrow. He will be campaigning with the NDA candidate from 8.30 am. PC George had made it clear that Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, who had sent him to jail, would reply in Thrikkakara tomorrow. Meanwhile, the police issued a notice asking him to appear tomorrow. PC George will be the highlight of the BJP’s heyday.

The CPM is trying to shed light on the fake video controversy of the LDF candidate in the last phase. However, the Leader of the Opposition said that the two arrested in the controversy were CPM members and that the Congress was being criticized by leaders who had put cameras under the district secretary’s bed.

Police say three other detainees have UDF links. But the UDF is retaliating by saying that those arrested in Chavara and Palakkad are active CPM activists.
