Oman’s Deputy Prime Minister says Islam is a religion of tolerance and co-operation.

Muscat: Patriarch of the Greek Orthodox Church of Antioch and the Orient John XXIII was received in Oman. Oman’s Deputy Prime Minister Fahad bin Mahmoud received Patriarch John XXIII of Antioch.
Oman’s Deputy Prime Minister Syed Fahad bin Mahmoud Al Sayed confirmed during a meeting with Patriarch John XII in Antioch in the Syrian Arab Republic that Oman values and respects all religions.
The Deputy Prime Minister of Oman said that the true religion of Islam is the religion of tolerance and co-operation with all heavenly religions. John XXIII Patriarch is one of the Presidents of the World Christian Council.

Patriarch is the author of numerous books on theology, education, music, and liturgy.
