The house was formerly inhabited by Marianne Trump Berry, the sister of former President Donald Trump. She put it up for sale in 2017 and asked for $ 24 million for it. The house eventually remained in the family, and was sold for $ 18.5 million to a company owned by Trump. At the end of 2018, Trump’s sons began marketing the house as a rental property for $ 100,000 a month. The home was recently offered for sale, initially for $ 49 million and then the price rose to $ 59 million.
The house was built in 1956, and includes a large kitchen adapted for entertaining and a spacious and airy living room. Most rooms have ocean views, and of course a pool. The property is located not far from Trump’s renowned Florida resort, Mar-A Lago. The rental price also includes membership in the club and use of its facilities.
