Coimbatore: Indian Railways and Navy teams won the National Basketball Tournament at the Corporation Basketball Ground on behalf of the Coimbatore District Basketball Association. Nine teams from different states of the country and eight teams from different parts of the country are competing in the league on a regular basis. Recorded a second victory. Indian Railways’ Kamran Khan top-scored with 21 points. For the Coimbatore district basketball team, Sanjay Vishnu, scored 16 points. In the second match, Lonavala Indian Navy defeated Tamil Nadu Basketball Club 73-23 to record their second victory. Rishabh scored 27 points for the Navy team. For the Eastern Railway team, Anjanadiseyka took 21 points. CB Mathew scored 17 points for the Kerala Police team. In another match, Chennai Rising Star defeated Tamil Nadu Basketball Club 54-49. For the Rising Star team, Monica scored 18 points and for the Tamil Nadu Basketball Club team, Sri Versini scored 9 points.
