Four dead in shooting at US medical center

At least four dead and several injured by gunfire at Saint Francis Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Tulsa police confirmed the shooter was among four confirmed deaths, without specifying whether he was shot by officers or killed himself.

Authorities are checking every room in the building to make sure there are no other injuries.
